S. A. Wallace is a technology support business that was started by Scott Wallace, whom had 15 years of experience and a healthy local network. He wanted to focus the new brand on the quality of the relationships he intended as the primary owner and operator. He understood the advantage he had over large chains that often delivered spotty support by a different tech every time.
We created his brand based on his interests and stylistic preferences to build a very personal experience for clients. The aesthetic feels friendly yet hints at technology through the embedded design elements.
The website design is a grass-roots style approach, with a landing page modal for clients to select their service type (business or residential), which leads to a tailored, one-page site. The simplicity introduces users to the business and nudges them to contact Scott directly to begin the better tech support experience that S. A. Wallace offers.
